Kalynn Cooney did our new home pre drywall inspection. She did an exceptional job, very detail oriented. Appointments was for 2 hours, she end up spending almost 3 hours and made sure every little thing were checked. Job well done. We will definitely recommend to our friend and family.

On Mar. 7, 2023, My inspector Hunter conducted a full home inspection with radon testing, mold testing and thermal imaging. I was extremely impressed on how thorough he inspected the home; furthermore, he ability to articulate the findings to a unexperienced homebuyer is the reason for this post. Due to his diligence, I was able to avoid a poor home selection. His inspection detected composite panels that needed cut, seal and paint. He also discovered moisture in crawl space as well as rotten wood underneath the deck and around the external of the home. High elevation of aspergillus and penicillium was discovered due to Hunter's guidance on the area of home to test for mold. While the home passed the common homebuyer eye test with flying colors, this experience is a testament why a thorough home inspection is warranted. I will be using AHI Residential & Commercial Inspections, Inc again for the next home search and specifically requesting Hunter as my inspector again!

I recently had AHI do an inspection on a home that I am under contract on. Hunter did the inspection and he was absolutely fantastic to work with. He was very thorough and helpful with any questions I had during the process. The report that he delivered was also very informative and pointed out each issue in detail, including general maintenance remarks.I am very pleased with the service from AHI and Hunter and would not hesitate to use them again!

It was great to work with AHI R&C Inspections Inc. Hunter was very responsive and explained every thing very well for the final private inspection of our newly built house in Indian Land SC. In my view, it was all worth it and he definitely pointed out to the items, we must have missed in the orientation otherwise. Highly recommended, and fee was also very competitive. We used AHI services for the Final Private Inspection and Radon testing. Highly recommended and I will definitely recommend him to friends and go for our future needs.

Hunter did my inspection. I grew up working with my parents on rentals most of my life. I knew what I was looking for and knew what I needed looked at. He had a great personality and did not mind me asking 100 questions. He thoroughly checked everything and gave updates as he was going. He explained things to me when I didn't understand it. I couldn't have asked for a better inspector. He also saved me from buying a house that could have potentially cost me a lot of money. I'll definitely be back as my house hunting isn't done and I know I'll need another inspection. Thank you Hunter for doing a exceptional job.
