Fantastic service. Cannot recommend them enough. I'm building a new home in Denver, NC. The report and findings were incredibly thorough and detailed. The report clearly described issues with the builder with pictures so that they could remediate all of the punchlist items. I received the report in a very timely manner as well.

I feel so much more confident in my purchase knowing that AHI completed a thorough inspection. I will be using them before my closing and 11month warranty inspections.
