We have a large sccale renovation close to completion. We hired AHI due to their cross platform reviews. We have had a fantastic experience! The initial quote request was great! The lady was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she connected me with the inspector she thought would be the most suitable.
Hunter was knowledgeable and listened to what our concerns were. He thoroughly went through our house. I will be coming back and doing our post inspection review with AHI once our punch list is done. I highly recommend this company!

I had an excellent experience with Hunter Griggs and would absolutely recommend him, especially for a new construction home. He was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to identify issues I never would have noticed on my own. He caught concerns involving the roof, electrical system, plumbing, flooring, exterior workmanship, pest entry, and several construction details that could have easily been overlooked.

What I appreciated most was how detailed he was and how clearly everything was documented with photos and explanations.
